Not really. The cost of installer from places like AM Solar will likely be higher than total cost of solar parts. We are talking about small system here, ~200-300W.
Btw, why not using a toad roof rack as a "rack" only? With everything else - batteries and controller - mounted permanently in RV. Then you only need to run a thin #10 or #8 wire from solar panels to controller. Your toad starter battery will do fine without that solar system, an alternator will keep it alive. Or put one of those $20-30 trickle chargers on the hood.
