My day has finally come! I've been piecing together a system over the last 6 mos and am ready to begin the install. I have 4 105ah agm wired in parallel, 2-210w Evergreen 12v panels and 2-145w DM...

A 48v system wouldn't work well with those different sized panels. It's the amperage difference which will hurt your series setup. A string of series panels will be restricted to the amperage of the least-amperage panel, in your case 8+ for a total of 32a, a pretty big loss.
Your controller is a good one. I don't see the need to fuse before the controller, but I guess it can't hurt anything.
That setup should give you around 38-40a on a good day. I see around 42+ with 810w.
