I have only seen the efficiency curve on a Tracer MPPT that was in its manual linked recently. That one had the efficiency dropping as the controller was maxed out in Voc input.
So there is another efficiency curve running at the same time wrt battery vs panel voltages (panel voltage will be the Vmp as held by the controller)?
