The airflow is not my concern, it's the force of wind on the panel.
Those vertical support bars do not look very strong. Plus, a higher mounting imparts more stress to the main supports. It'll probably be fine, but I would be watching closely for signs of stress.
The airflow might be a concern for the vent covering however.
