Unless the kit is exactly what you want I would tend to build my own from components I choose. Panels are generic commodity. Wire is rarely the correct length. Kits often have the lowest cost controller.
Some kits have the controller mounted on the panel. I think this is a bad idea unless the panels are very close to the RV batteries. If you want to run the portables 30+ feet out to catch the sun while you sit in the shade your charging voltage will suffer. Far better to have the controller near the batteries.
x2 on locating/relocating the controller at the battery. I have run up to 150ft (#10 wire) to my panels to get them into the sun.
solar blvd kits IMHO are reasonably priced.
