Solar panals
Can some one tell me how solar panels work? I have one in a class A that I bought used. Put a new battery in it and dont know how it works. Does a switch need turned on to make it work?

OK. There is a nice current out of controller, and some unknown voltage. Maybe everything works as it should. Measure the voltage on the cables at the very end, where they come to the battery - but not on the battery, disconnect them for measuring.
