- Er... "MC4 compatible" would be proper description.
MC4 is both type and brand - MC4 Multilam Technology. This one says "Brand: momobuy panda".
Difference? Plastic, O-ring, tolerances (too tight and it breaks).
People usually don't need too many of them anyway. Panels come with connectors, and so do extension cables.
