Solar Panel Rotating Stand Contraption UPDATE 2

It isn't hard to make a tracking swivel.You just have to make the swivel adjustable up and down. It cannot work correctly on a flat.....or horizontal swivel, it will only work in a straight line.
Elevating the swivel platform will make it track in an arc accross the sky, same as the sun.

Yep, I used to sell and play w/ "C Band" sat dishes w/ the same adjustable mounts that would track the sattelite arc,....same principle.
