It would be so easy to get more solar now the panels are down in price. Some self-restraint is needed!
I already overdid it when I traded my 120w panel I got last Sep to add to the 130w and got two 100s instead. (because prices had dropped again in Oct)
Each 20a controller can handle about 250w and keep a 20% margin over Isc, so I could get a 150w panel and put one 100w with the 130 and the 150 for 230 and 250 pairs and have 480w. The new 150w would cost me another $162 tax included, no shipping.
So for little more than a tank of gas for the truck, I could go from 330 to 480. But I don't need more than about 230 never mind the 330 I have now. "Just say, No!" isn't that easy. :( Solar is so addictive. PT is to blame.
