More or same money might mean fewer Iscs, which is my point.
Look at those mono (usually) panels with Voc in the 22s vs poly (usually) with Voc in the 21s. Same watts so that means Isc of the 21s is higher. But the mono may cost more. Can vary among polys too.
Afterwards, if you are not getting the rated Isc, that is another story. You need to check right at the panel to eliminate possible wiring/connection issues as to why not.
BTW 10.8a is low for 190w. Should be seeing more like 190/130 x 8.2 = 12a. However, one amp may be of no concern where in 6 hours that is only 6 AH, and you probably don't get Isc that long in the day anyway, so RJ is correct in his view for his application.
I would be upset not to be getting that amp I am entitled to, so it is an individual thing how much it matters.
