I love the Renogy 100w panels, and will get three or four more for next season. My goal is to not need a genny at all. (but have one)
I would probably re-purpose the 25w panel you have for a fridge fan or something like that, and use the 100w with new panels. (Assuming they are compatible)
There are SOOOOO many other factors to consider. (wires, controller, batteries, charging voltages used, battery state at time of readings)

My measurement is not amps directly generated by the panels, rather the amps directly to the batteries during charging.
My panels had significant tree shade and on a cloudy day. I would cast no shadow at all over the panels.
This was one of the reasons I bought an additional panel and placed it on the rear of the camper, (using thicker wires) in the hopes that not all the panels would be shaded at one time.
In full sun I get ~30a **to the batteries** of the rated 26.25 (five, 100w panels).
