I've looked at the Renogy panels and they're on my short list at present. Do you have Renogy 100 watt poly-crystaline panels?
I have been thinking of maybe switching the existing panels' output to the chassis batteries. (They're 25 and 75 watts, 100 total.) I have found that some items (e.g., radio) run off of the chassis batteries and I want to ensure the chassis batteries don't get run down over a long stay with no amps being replaced.

It seems odd to me to at least in my eyes to waste 100 watts as a float charger for the chassis battery. Especially sence you are concerned about getting enough power from clouds and shading type issues. Use a Trick-L-Start as others have suggested. I installed one and it works great. All solar needs to go to the coach batteries first. Please rethink this issue.
