Your data looks good, but I keep wondering how does it look in parallel. You may think the partial shaded panel in a parallel configuration will not add to the total current, but I do.
For example, 3 panels are operating at 1000W/m^2 and each parallel panel has a Imp = 5A. If one panel gets partial shade or completely shaded with an irradiance of 400W/m^2, its Imp is 2A. The total current from all 3 panels is 12A. Just like your shaded series panel with bypass diodes, the parallel panel will also be productive.
