Solar question. Two panels same 24v , Series/parallel math

OK. So I have these panels. 280 watt LG,s I currently use one with an ecoworth 20 amp mppt. Max volts is 50 volts for controller hence one panel.. I can get 17 amps or so out of it normally... T...

I tested my leads from the panel @ the controller today at 1pm full sun.. Was getting 36 volts @ 13.2 volt float mode... About 1/4 amp.. 9 watts?

I put controller @ 14.5 volts and panel read 34 volts.. Looks like it started cranking 5-6 amps in... Looked like about 80 watts on display...
