Yes I believe my panels have them built in.. I assume they have blocking diodes too, but could not find reference to that...
I do see 3 diodes on the schematic across outputs 1-2 2-3 3-4 ( Plus and minus come off 1 and 4...)
Ive read about hot spots and its effect...

I wonder if lesser cost panels have these and if this is indeed a concern.. ( I read its shading related.)
