Just connect the two panels to a bus (copper bar) and lead a good sized cable into the Tracer and have at it. That will be the easiest and you won't have any big drop outs from shading.
I'd suggest to research those flexible panels before buying. There have been some issues with them in the past. The other downside is how are you going to install them? If you tape or glue them to the RV roof, you'll have a lot of loss, electrically, from heat. There are many of us on this Forum that have drilled into our RV roofs with no leaks. If you think about it, you already have many through holes in the roof for vents, A/C, antenna, exhaust stacks, etc. A guy just has to use common sense and the right materials to get a leak-free installation. It's akin to using pipe dope on a threaded connection, it's another wise thing to do to prevent a leak.
