Best to not depend on reverse polarity protection. Be sure the first connection is OK and use polarity plugs so that they can't be reversed in the future.
For Voc run the temp comp numbers for your panel. For example at 0F you have additional voltage of about 43C drop * Voc/C. You're likely OK.
Ditto for 275W panels.
