I'm cool with the idea of paralleling two 25 ampers, but I think in this particular situation, with solar being so hit and miss, a 2nd charger (controller, more likely) may not always have the required power available to it. The OP needs the utmost in reliability, and would be s.o.l. if the weather didn't co-operate while at the cabin, thus putting him right back where he started, with a single 25 amper that can't get the job done.
