Your planned $180 kit doesn't include everything you need, and none of other 100W kits will. You may find a slightly cheaper kit and controller will still be cr-ap. HD have $160 kits and they don't include battery cable that your Amazon kit does and you'll still need some other items.
One good suggestion - or opinion, if you will - was to get a better controller like Grape 40. Then you add 100W Polycrystalline panel, MC4 cable, battery cable, a couple of disconnects, inline fuse, and will have a better quality system though still tiny 100W and total cost will still be $180-200.
