Poly vs mono.
Like with many of the things we discuss there is no best, only what is best for you. The koolaid spewed about mono being more efficient is not for us to drink. They make their voc in bright light with a smaller footprint but the voc takes a dive as soon as the clouds roll in.
So where could that be a advantage? Since they have a smaller footprint you may be able to get two panels up where only one poly might fit. You may lose a few amps in low light but have twice the power while the sun shines.
now if space isn't a issue. I would go for poly for the low light abilities.
So there isn't a BEST. Only what is best for you.
