Seems obvious from the majority of answers you've received - possible yes, but impractical considering this is just for "a few days while in storage". I agree - leave the fridge empty while in storage, go fire it up the day before you intend to go camping, and transport fresh food to the trailer on that day in a cooler. Yes, a PITA and one of many reasons I insist on keeping our trailer here at the house during the season rather than a remote storage lot. Unfortunately many don't have this option but a hefty solar system isn't the solution.
