Solar voltage help...
I just connected my solar kit (160w cmp12 controller)and the voltage while connected to the rv batteries reads 16.55v. Is this normal or too high? Sorry but im new to this.

It is a small company. Give it some time and I think they will make good on the promises.
They seemed to be very helpful and resposive to me but I was not making warranty claims either.
I do think SB could include a better controller in the kit even for a few $$ more.
