Running a 200W 12 volt panel charging system, for minimal expense, compared to the price of the panels, you can buy a $15 to $20 Charge controller and dedicate it to the panels.
A 20 amp 12v charge controller is all you need.
Mount it inside, as close to the batteries as possible without them getting vaporized by sulfuric acid fumes in a well vented area, and call it good.
