Start by asking what you expect solar to accomplish for you and where you will be using it. Are you just trying to maintain your battery in your driveway or do you expect it to support you while boondocking for long periods of time. If it's the latter will you be boondocking in the desert SW or in your home state of Michigan?
All these considerations can make a world of difference. As an example I have about 100W of solar on my TT. It's flat mounted on the roof. When I'm camped East of here in our San Diego deserts then it does a great job of maintaining my battery for indefinite periods. On the other hand I've CG Hosted for the NPS in Sequoia NP. Even though it was the summer my TT was parked under cover of Lodgepole pines. Even in mid day it didn't receive much sun. I needed to run my generator nightly.
So I guess I'm saying that your question about the best 200W panel is premature if you haven't considered these other issues.
