I think you need 300 watts max inverter. Small transfer switch is just $50.
GoPower 300w sine wave $175 Idle draw 260 milliamps and has a provision to add your own (low cost) remote power switch.
KISAE TS15A 15A Automatic Transfer Switch $50 Plugs direct into inverter. Just connect the branch circuit. Get two to power two branch circuits.
Still need to wire so the converter is not powered and keep the fridge on propane only.
