SOLVED!....sort of. Where's there's spark.. there's no fire!

I don't see any tracking on the portion in the photo. Normally would be grey where there is tracking.
Spark when running should be bluish, yellow-orange when cranking.

I must be misunderstanding you. To my eyes, there are grey streaks toward the bottoms of the electrodes running left to right.

Also... how can you tell a spark is blue when running?
