Just from the information posted, I would doubt that you have a timing issue because it ran when parked, albeit only at high throttle. Now that you have no spark or an orange spark (couldn't really get it clear), the most likely suspects if you have new wires and plugs, would be the cap and rotor. I'd just replace them because you then have the "last mile" of ignition circuit in top order, anyway.
My keyboard diagnosis would be a failed coil with possibly a lot of resistance between coil and plug wires. You could also have another issue since that throttle control is a bit iffy, it sounds. Might just be corroded and sticky from storage.
