Can you turn the rotor by hand with the engine off? If the roll pin is sheared I would think you could feel it.

Nevermind. Just saw your new post. Odd one for sure...

Is there any way the rotor is turning on the shaft? I assume it's D-shaped to prevent that. Is the mechanical advance free when you actuate it?
