SOLVED!....sort of. Where's there's spark.. there's no fire!

New distributor....
I had trouble once with one arcing inside
I went to the surplus house and bought some mica
And placed/wedged a piece into the area, of the hv coil where it was arcing , coil to core
Those distributors and internal electronics and hv coil , are a pita to diagnose, if you can't see the visible results, I was lucky
