I don't think you are reading your amp draw correctly.
1. The MAX amp draw is 5 amps. That is the FUSE on the Refer
2. You have a 3 amp fuse that protects the eyebrow controls and that 5 amp that protects everything else. IF you are drawing 10 amps , the fuse would blow--- so you are not reading your amp draw correctly.
This is the amp draw of the climate heater. Doug
The proper ohms reading will be 24 ohms ± 10%. The approximate amp draw is less than .5 (1/2) amp.
