Now that you have found out that you also need 12Vdc power in order for your Atwood WH to work on 120V AC.......did you have water in the WH tank when you turned the electric element ON??
Cause IF you had 12V DC power and 120V AC power BUT no water in WH tank then you will get to replace the element.....they burn out when NOT in water.
And just for giggles...........I never tell on myself. :B
