Try your local boating supply stores (West Marine?), as the recreational boating industry has been using the silicon T-Blade/water blade squeegee's (in various sizes), for decades. They work great and not just on glass. When I wash our Class C or the cars I use the blade to wipe away excess water from the all of the surfaces. Mine is at least 15 years old and still works just fine but they are a little pricey, (about $30 as I recall).
