starting a florida stored vehicle
stored my ford tarsus 01 in Florida for the summer, poured some stabilizer in it before leaving, will not fire unless i use starting fluid, then it will only run if I spray more into it, any ideas?

Isn't there a test port for fuel pressure on a rail somewhere under the hood and on top of the motor?
