I have one option I have not yet tried. I can run my power into a lower hatch, employ a splitter and plug the fridge into one side and the 2 amp charger into the other. I have done this when a neighbor was gone and I had two receptacles on the same breaker, but I can't leave it this way. I'm only allowed one.
This allows the fridge to run and keep the DC up by directly charging the batteries. It gives me all I need, in order to feel I can walk away without killing my batteries. I lost 4 fairly new batteries when a shop was doing some work and failed to disconnect the batteries or connect AC for three weeks. They were never the same.
