Check your shore power voltage
Low AC volts will lead to low output from the iota
Could be, the problem
Also disconnect the iota from the batteries and test everything again including the iota output
The iota might be dead, or blown a fuse
You might be on solar alone
And 1 amp in shade at 12.6v
A very slow recharge
