Strange Problem

We have a 2003 40 foot Monaco Executive with a strange problem. Cold in Mn. After a cold 28 Degree night I put out one of three slides. Then I checked the water pump, it was not working. Went to put another slide out and it is not working along with the backup camera and with a few other things. Went to the circuit breakers and they were fine. Eventually unplugged the shore power and ceiling lights worked so I knew it was not a house battery problem. Plugged the shore power back on and reset the breakers. All worked. When I tried the water pump again the same thing happened. Reset breakers, nothing. Discontinued shore power, everything work, except I did not try water pump. Plugged shore power in and slides, backup camera work still work. What would be the connection with the water pump and the slides ect??
