Suburban 30FQ Furnace Failure

3 year old furnace Suburban 30FQ,,used less than 10 times,,,when calling for heat the igniters light briefly on three attempts then shuts down. I can feel heat and hear combustion on each attempt but furnace does not stay lit. Does not matter if I am connected to 110 or 12v,,and my tanks are good,,stove and fridge both work on the propane.
  • Just a thought but do you have a bug screen to keep spiders and dirt daubers out? If not you could have a blockage in the igniter/burner tube.
  • Spark electrode dirty, not engulfed in main flame or ceramic insulator cracked

Spark electrode 'sparks' and main flame lights then goes out....repeats for 3 attempts then shuts completely down.
Main Flame is NOT 'proving' it lit.....can only do that with a clean fully engulfed spark electrode that is not tracking to ground

Clean with emery cloth, position so that it is centered over burner slots (1/8"-3/16" gap) AND no cracks in ceramic
