Like it been said couple of screws in front/side then it pulls out. Disconnect the paper thin ductwork But plan that you are going to punch a hole in it so have a plan "B." The hardest part is that the six or so wires likely aren't long enough to get the unit out and their won't be a connector on them. I cut mine and lengthened them using a butt connector then used spade connectors to join them just in case I needed to redo my handy work.
The worst part was laying on the beer belly trying not to roll away and finding out my arms are two inches too short.
