So I got a replacement, but the problem remained... I decided to drop it off and the tech quickly found out I have a broken ignition control module, so he had to order that part and should be good tomorrow... I still had a positive expirience on this site and learned a bunch about the furnace. Just hope this control module does not cost an arm and a leg.
