Suburban furnace will not light after thermostat install

I installed a new Hunter Model 44133 thermostat that was given to me. This is a 5-2 programmable thermostat. The wiring diagram is the same as the Hunter 42999 thermostat that is non-programmable. ...

Oxidation on the furnace's connectors? Do you have power to the furnace circuit board? Has the furnace cycled three times trying to light? You may need to reset the thermostat.
