thanks ...what dealership do you work for ? and in case you think i don't know what 11" of water is i worked in a cal lab for 15 years ;) 11" of water is equal to .397 psi which is a trickle so as long as it not plugged and all other gas fired appliances work i think i am good there pal. that kind of response is something tech writers tell customers to scare them into paying some scab to do EXACTLY what i just did.
