The "MAIN" regulator and the Auto Switch over are the same part. You should replace both as a set for best results. Almost ALL replacements are the set, not the regulator and then the Auto switchover valve. A BAD Water Heater Flame will still heat the water but takes a long time. Your Oven/Range has its OWN regulator and that reduces the Pressure from 11.5 down to 10 which is what the Oven runs at. You NEED a Pressure test to make sure you have 11.5 inches pressure. OIL in the LP lines can also cause your problem, but usually affects all LP appliances. Not having a pressure test, you are just left replacing various parts. Doug
