YES
If your Rv is a 30 amp then the Progressive Industries
HW-30c is the best, hard wired in so you do not forget it The Portable version (PT-30C?) is the alternative, in both cases set the power on delay to LONG, this is important (it ships set for Short).
If your RV is 50 amp, change the number in the above to 50, No other changes.
The 2d choice is the TRC SURGE GUARD.. Again basically the same advice save they ship with the time delay already set to LONG and no way to adjust

Advantage TRC: slightly lower cost. (Warranty beats lower cost).
NOTE: Does not matter the site amperage, Choose 40 or 50 based on your RV's needs. the 30 amp unit works fine for a 30 amp RV on a 50 amp site and the 50 amp unit is the proper one for a 50 amp RV on any site.
