Should we really use one for our 30 amp service and if so what is the best ones to get?

I still recommend the longer delay time because I do use Air Conditioners
Though I agree 15 seconds is long enough to analyze... There are also some other considerations.. 15 should cover them too but I'm not so sure
(When power is restored there is a bit of a roller coaster ride for a few seconds, I'd like to think just a few (liek 5) but .. Well. I've never timed it).
