Your seriously believe that if RV costs 30K, you need to buy $12 Dicor rather than $2 caulk? :)
A small tear like this can be fixed with any outdoor caulk. I would use Urethane kind.
Btw, there are EPDM-compatible sealants other than Dicor - like I said, most construction adhesives will be "compatible", but I remember a few tubes where it says either "EPDM" or "RV". Dicor is just one company.
