You're ignoring the point Doug made and where as he rightfully said YOU ARE WRONG ... "ANY OUTDOOR SEALANT" as you recommended might not be compatible with EDPM and again your implication in you latest post that any Urethane or Silicone sealant is O.K. is again WRONG since you didn't specify that those had to be compatible with EDPM material. The DICOR Doug mentioned was just one example (i.e. in parans) in his recommendation.
