Every RV 30A male to 50A female adapter connects both legs of the 50A service to the 30A hot. The fact that there are two separate legs is entirely a non-issue when using an adapter unless you have some 240V appliances in the RV--which is quite rare indeed. Of course, the total power available on a 30A circuit is considerably less.
