$1133 - unit
$66 - for the cover (why they just don't add this in I don't know)
$145 - for 90 min install at $90 per hour (there is no unit to remove so my install should be on the easy side)

I looked again at the credit I got and you are correct that the cover did cost me $66.00. You did better than I did on the price of the unit, so well done!!
