I asked them about that and I was told it was around quality of installation issues and the associated requests for "warranty" repairs that could have been avoided. I do not think they want to get in that debate so early in their new market (USA). However, the market will drive it and I expect prices to come down and the ability for the purchaser to install it in the future.
