Tankless water heater
Why does the Girard heater have a bypass valve? No matter what, you have to run anti freeze or air through it, so when would you ever need to bypass?

Many commercial installs have bypass valves even though they are designed to NEVER be shut off,, For just that reason.
Nope, no drain. It's tankless.
